My auld lady gets one of these every Friday night and tonight whatever way i looked at the package afterwards it had expired 6 months ago

Should i be worried here or is this fine ?

Tis been a long day...........

It would probably be fine.

That said, the price of a box of them is about 5 quid, so you might be potentially risking the good health of your dog over 5 quid. Your call.

it was gone before i noticed the date! id never willingly give expired food to the queen!

Most likely it will be completely fine. I'm sure she has eaten worse things in the past.

I’d put that in the nearest bin when it was in date, never mind when it’s out of date.

She will be fine though, due to the sugar and preservatives in it!
