    Just moved to pure telecom.

    The switch was meant to occur tomorrow but I think it occured this morning.

    It was working away and now has gone down.

    ONT is fine all lights are good.

    Could this be an issue with the fritzbox modem?

    I was told there would be no downtime has anyone else experienced this?
