Travel Department changing baggage allowance

Myself and my wife are booked on a Travel Department holiday leaving Dublin on Wednesday. I contacted TD to try and increase our baggage allowance, but they say they can't do anything within 3 days of departure. I contacted Aer Lingus directly, but they won't make a change without the email address the booking was made…

Myself and my wife are booked on a Travel Department holiday leaving Dublin on Wednesday. I contacted TD to try and increase our baggage allowance, but they say they can't do anything within 3 days of departure. I contacted Aer Lingus directly, but they won't make a change without the email address the booking was made from. This would be a TD email, but TD won't release this address, which I understand.
Any suggestions how I can get around/through this. I would rather sort it in advance than just show up with more than the booked baggage.
