Hikconnect cameras

Hi i have hikconnect cameras around my house and up to recently , i could see them on both my phone and my wifes phone. Both phones are android. However now we cant see them on the hikconnect app on my wifes phone. I only have a basic knowledge of these so i would grateful if someone could help me using simple language.…

If the app is the latest version you need to allow all permissions for the app before it will work.

Hi all, sorted thank god . The problem was my wife wasnt logging in using my log in and pass word. Thanks for all the help .
