Workcation / Paternity Leave - Spain / Portugal / Italy?

    Looking for some advice.

    I will be on shared paternity leave next year for a 5 months. Wife back to work but can work remotely.

    Thinking of going to live/work in europe somewhere with our baby for 4-6 weeks. She'll be 9 months.

    Thinking algarve (lagos), marbella, malaga, possibly italy.

    Does anyone have any good suggestions?

    Be looking for somewhere chilled, safe, warm, easy access to a beach/pool, nice coffee shops, decent rental prices.

    We've done spain and portugal as a couple but never Italy.
