Static IPv4 with Vodafone home fibre?

I've been with Vodafone on xDSL for the past decade or so, and all this time have had a static IPv4 assigned for an extra fiver a month. I can't be bothered messing about with dynamic DNS and propagation delays, as I need stable and constant access to my internal network for a number of services, so it was a great deal.

Has anyone here switched over from ADSL to fibre, and managed to keep the same static address or at least get a new one allocated? How did you go about it?

I can't get a straight answer from Vodafone support for home users (it was the same when I first signed up with them too).
