Resetting password help - changing email

Hi,

I can't remember my password or the password I thought it was is not working (still logged in on phone here). The problem is when I try to reset it the email address is an old one that is no longer in use and was deleted and can't be reactivated.

I, of course tried to change the email on my phone here where I'm logged in but of course you need to enter password to confirm 😂 (original problem).

Could someone help me out or update the email on my account? I am reachable my PM on here as long as I remain logged in on my phone to validate any details. I would appreciate the help.

should be able to find the password on your phone. On my phone it's Settings - Password & security - Manage passwords - Google
