Early retiree, dividend income and state pension

I'm under 40, and I'm thinking about retiring early, planning to live solely off dividend income from ETF investments. I expect an average annual income of around €15,000 per year, which means I'd pay about €600 in annual PRSI (Class S?). I know this won't count towards my future state pension benefit, but, if possible, I want to make sure I'll qualify for the full contributory state pension benefit when I'm old enough.

So, my question is, can I choose to pay an extra €500 every year, bringing the total PRSI payments to €1,100? If yes, which PRSI class would this fall under?
