Family holiday - ideas in Cambodia

Any tips for a family holiday next year, flying into Asia from Dublin and the plan is to fly to Phnom Penh, spend a few days there and then try and find a resort for a further 7 or 8 nights. Beaches look to be from 200kms away. Any ideas? Some reviews are saying some of the beaches are dirty and areas around them are…
