    Hi

The light switch in the kitchen has stopped working (one switch anyway), so am changing it.

I'm not sure which wires go where in the new switch though.

Have a pic of the old switch and the new one below, if someone could give a bit of guidance I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks

The short brown link goes between COM1 & COM2 on the new switch along with the two wires currently connected to the link on the old switch, one into COM1 , the other into COM2

then use L11 & L21 for the other remaining wires, one into each

If you look closely at the old switch you may be able to make out the small c marking which may help you, c=COM

    Thanks a mill!

Tried that and for some reason some of the other lights downstairs aren't working!

That's because you didn't keep note or track of the 2 wires that had the link between them. You've mixed them up with one or both of the 2 that were originally on their own, or you left the link out. One of the linked ones looks darker than tge other wires. So that's one clue.

Thanks to you both, all sorted now. One of the wires into the Com section was loose. I now have light all over.
