Rechargeable heated shoe covers for sale. Impulse buy after a spin one day. Others I cycle with swear by them but I've never used them as I don't suffer from cold feet (so I'm buying the gloves instead!). Size is XL and, for reference, I take a 44 in everyday shoes and 44-46 in cycling shoes depending on manufacturer.
