Ryanair EU261 online claim form

    Does anyone have any experience of filling these out? I'm hitting a brick wall.

    Our flight from Gatwick to Shannon was cancelled on Sat 2/Dec and we flew back on Sunday.

    I'm using the online form and it recognises the booking code and presents three flights to choose for which I need compensation.

    Choosing the Saturday flight and pressing "validation" just opens a box saying the booking can't be validated (although it seems its already been validated in the previous step).

    All combinations have been tried with the same result. Trying to contact a human being in Ryanair is impossible.
