    Hi,

I have a patch of what I think is scutch grass in a corner of a field which seems to be spreading year on year. Cattle rend to avoid and topping seems not to help much if anything. Any suggestions to get rid? Sheep?

Lime ? I had patches of that in fields before and applying lime seems to have got rid of it.

Funny you should say that Patsy - the field tapers into a triangle and may not have got hit with lime from the spreader as a result.
