Personal injury settlement talks time frame?

    Hi

    my wife had a car accident a 2years ago and other side excepted liability.

    A few weeks ago he sent the other side her medical notes/reports to try and settle before proceedings were started.

    Then last week her solicitor asked for any receipts for scans/physio etc

    How long does this process take?

    would try have already agreed a settlement and then wanted to sort out expenses?

    Before you say,”why not contact them!”,we have tried,but the solicitor is either with a client or off!

    We live in Northern Ireland.

    We have no idea what arrangements your solicitor has made or is making and on top of that you live in another legal jurisdiction. These are all question you need to ask your solicitor.
