Small practice space tomorrow (Thursday) evening?

Hi all, Coming back into Waterford for the festive period and need a quiet & private room to take a call tomorrow evening @ 7. I assumed there'd be plenty of practice spaces above pubs etc available, but the folks in Palmers had no idea of any. Wondering if anyone here might know of any places that might be worth checking…

There's a kind of WeWork place called BoxWorks in Patrick Street and also at the back of the Jolly Barber. Flash from Revolution owns them. Might be worth a try
Actually there's another place on the IDA Industrial estate - Smart Working Hub, the exact name escapes me.
