I don't understand this on my BER

    Can anyone advise what exactly this report is saying in regard to attic insulation?

    Above the ceiling is insulated (so the floor of the attic).

    Is this saying to insulate the roof of the attic? My understanding of that is that it's a pointless exercise.

    Any help appreciated 😀
