Sunday Christmas Eve - Sales from 10.30?

From reading this, it looks like with tomorrow (Sunday) bring Christmas Eve, alcohol sales are permitted from 10.30 rather than the usual 12.30? I'm doubtful many places will take advantage of this, probably following the usual Sunday staffing \ system. But just curious if anyone does come across places open early, please…

I know we are open 10.30 tomorrow morning but finish at 6. (Mother Macs Limerick)
