I have a VW Passat 1.4 TSI 1.4 2009 that needs its timing chain replaced. I want to book the service with Mechanic24hr as I like the Collect-Repair-Return service, but I read terrible reviews on the Trustpilot website. Should I avoid them?

Family member tried to use them in an emergency found them to be rude overpriced and unhelpful.

If you want that level of convenience you might be better off find a good mobile mechanic
