Bosch Exxcel 8 E17 Fault Code

Hi all, on my Bosch Exxcel 8 washing machine there is E17 fault code coming up during cycle, when that comes up you just need to press the start button again and it resumes.The machine is 10 years old. This fault code is coming up since the main inlet water hose was leaking and I replaced it, there is a good flow of water going into the machine. I have checked all filters and there are no blockages.
Can anyone advise what the issue might be?

Says here it could be the water pressure so check the connection to be sure as looking likes it's slow filling the machine

1 litre bottle must fill within 13 seconds

Is it possible the new inlet pipe is getting kinked when machine is pushed back into place and restricting water flow?
