Passenger side electric window switch

Has this ever happened to someone before. I pressed the electric window button on the passenger side of a 2018 Nissan micra to open the window and the button for both the electric window and door lock sunk down into the hole and I can't get it back up to it's previous position. Any idea how to fix it or would I have to get a mechanic to resolve the problem and if so how much would I be expected to pay?

If it’s the older type K13 then the door pull and switch trim is all one part and it just pulls up off the door card.

if it’s the current model then it’s a little more complicated, and I’d get a garage to do it.

Thanks Colm. How do you lift it out though. Would a screwdriver work. I don't see a gap or similar where you could fit the head of a screwdriver to pull it up or out.

youd need to put a trim tool/screwdriver/butter knife etc under the trim to pull it up.
