Full time work from home issues

I am very likely going to be moving to a full time work from home arrangement shortly. It’s the right decision for me in lots of ways but slightly worried about the isolation element of not seeing people very much. is this a thing and if so how do you overcome it?

Meet up with friends at lunchtime 3 or 4 times a week, swim, run, lunch

I can see myself potentially moving out of Dublin down the road a bit once I adjust to be honest.
