Eir Wifi - Slow since storm?

Noticed since the storms (we had a power cut too) in the last week that series on tv are taking time to load when before they would be instant.

Did a speed test and although it says fast below its clearly not.
I reset the router last night to see if that would help but it seems to still be struggling.

Do I need to call Eir or is there anything else I could try in the meantime?
