    Hi I moved into a 3 bedroom house 4 months ago one guy lived here me and him shared the rent he was paying the rent to landlord through his bank he never paid the rent in full.he moved out last week with no notice .a property agency is after taking over to get more money as they have a contract with the bank that after after buying the mortgage to get as much as they can.the landlord wants to stay out of it and try. Keep the house.i was asked to leave as they want to get a family in .the agency asked me to leave within a week .can someone help me here with advice please?
