What are council houses like in greenfield maynooth ?

    I got offered à council house in greenfield . I drove by and it appeared very small. Anyone have an idea also about heating.

    There's about 80 houses. Its an older estate - newest houses are 90s, oldest are 1930s cottages but bulk of them are 1970s - very settled and calmed down. Most if not all of the cottages are sold off, lots of the houses have been too.

    Heating will be gas if its been modernised by the council.

    You could still have a neighbour from hell, this happens everywhere.

    Id avoid. You're not from Maynooth originally? Certain parts are ok but a lot of it is rough.
