Buying on streets off Dorset Street Lower/North Circular Road

    Hi all

    Any advice on buying/living on some of the streets just off Dorset Street Lower (Dublin)? e.g. Innisfallen Parade, Saint Ignatius Road, Valentia Parade?

    How safe is the general area?

    Any thoughts?

    I live off the ncr around peters church in phibs,so know the area well.Dorset st is safe in general,though I would be careful late at night . I would say the biggest downside is its a bit grotty with alot of rubbish around and some poorly maintained rentals. The convenience to the city centre would outweigh any negatives in my opinion.
