    It's annoying when you "reply" to a message that is mid thread and it goes all the way to the end of the discussion with no link to the message you wanted to reply to. "Quote" should be replaced by a 'reply' button that acts like quote...it causes less confusion than calling it quote. if people just want to come in at the latest point in the discussion you could just have a "post" button on the last message in a thread. In summary, I think "quote" should be turned into reply and reply as it is now just scrapped
