mod moving a valid thread without informing me

I started a new valid thread and the mod liamog just moved it into the middle of a different thread VRT relief for EV's imported from Northern Ireland https://www.boards.ie/discussion/2058335704/the-osmp-quoted-by-the-revenue-commissioners-bears-no-relation-to-the-real-market-value#latest

The moderator moved your thread into one of your existing threads in the forum. He also sent a very polite PM to you explaining why and told you to contact him if you need help.
I'm not sure what else he could do, and I don't see the purpose of this post in the Helpdesk forum.
