At the more info point on screen it states that you can “Cancel online at anytime”

Has anyone managed to do this online without the need of say emailing them or talking to someone after a ridiculous hour spent listening to their music?

If this was a simple click online I’d be interestsed.

It’s not as easy as a simple click unfortunately.

I find using what’s app the best. You can message them on that and go about your day. Just make sure it does not sign you up for an extra year on your basic package

Cheers for that, massive mistake by Sky to make it so easy to upgrade and so very hard and time consuming to cancel a pack.

I’ll stay with Now for my sports as I can downgrade or cancel anytime.

I thought you could do it via the My Sky app. Knowing Sky though it was maybe that you could add packs but not remove them?

With sky it's almost always the case that you can add stuff very easily. The unsubscribing is always the issue and I definitely wouldn't call it a mistake by sky, more a tactic.

Over the years I haven't seen it possible to remove anything without calling them (so some progress if WhatsApp helps).

Signed up to sports last year. It's there tactic to get you to call once the full price kicks in after 6 months. I've managed to have the full TV package including Sky Sports & movies with multi room + internet for 140.

When the 6 months is up ring them and they will extend the deal. Although I've lost Sports extra in the last contact with them as they couldn't do a deal on it.

Done that before but what I'm wondering is can you use WhatsApp to downgrade the pack without the need to calling them and losing an hour of your life listening to bs lol
