    Hi all,

    I am looking to open out the rear of my bungalow. I will reach out to structural engineer but just look to see has anyone done similar first.

    I am hoping to open it out without losing any ceiling height for the rsj but unsure how this will be achieved with he roof overhang, any suggestions? Thanks (see pic for reference)
