Green rate Mortgage

    Hi all

    Hoping you can help.

    I'm getting a BOI Green Mortgage how does the 2% work on it plus how much does it work out as I'm borrowing €217000 of them. And when or how do I receive it?

    Got my mortgage with BOI 2 years ago. If it’s the same as it is now you’ll get 2% of the borrowed money a couple weeks after moving in

    I think from memory its paid within 45 days of drawdown and paid into the account you pay your mortgage from. If you are borrowing 217k you should receive 4,340
