Will a ZTE MC7010 & ZTE WiFi6 Router T3000 work on 3G/4G

I know that the ZTE WiFi6 Router T3000 and ZTE MC7010 are designed primarily with 5G, but if you can't get 5G where you are, would they work with a SIM capable of getting 3G and 4G instead?

According to the Amazon.de page it's an LTE Cat.22 device, "the ZTE MC7010 router can of course also be used in the 4G/LTE network (up to Cat 22)".

Yes, I guess it depends on the regional model, I doubt Three would be using it without B20
