Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

it’s a requirement to provide a certificate and test records
Open the meter box and see if there’s a tag with his name on it and an isolator seal with his reg number
ask the builder who the electrician was
ask the plumber who the electrician was
post in the estate WhatsApp group
try safe electric
someone must have paid him for extras so ask around
it’s in your interest to find out
