House renovation grant

    Has anyone got any advice/guidance on applying for a house renovation grant?

    I have recently bought a house in a town centre.

    There is a shop on the ground floor with a newsagent still trading as a sitting tenant.

    Upstairs there are 2 old flats. They haven’t been occupied for approx 3 years.

    Do I qualify for a refurb grant and if I do, what do I need to get the grant??
