    A quick question.

I had to go to a meeting a few Hours away, so overnighted and attended the next day.

I'm an acting 6 in a LA, and was off work the day I travelled, I asked about time back for my travel and was told no.

Should I be getting time in lieu or paid for my time travelling?

You should be able to claim for Travel & Subsistence from the time you left home. Are you entitled to claim for overtime?

I'll get travel and subsistence yes, when I asked about the time no.

    I'll ask again about OT

Why wasn't it a Teams / Zoom meeting? And if it really has to be F2F, why wasn't the deal agreed before you attended.

It was a national meeting of my job title.

We meet every 6 months in person.

My first time to travel the night before.

My manager doesn't commit to anything
