I live in a estate the County Council cut down the trees on the grass verges now everyone is parking on the grass verges and with the wet weather they are now worn down. One of the neighbours dug up the grass verge and put down cement which looks awful and the grass verge looks in a state. Can they do this and who would I…

They just left a pile of rubble in the middle of the grass verge.
