Hi. We have a Triton shower fitted. Noticed that when it’s not been used there is water at the bottom of the unit. Is this dangerous or is there a simple reason for this?

Water and electricity don't make good friends. If there is water leaking from the shower unit then you should not use it. Turn off the isolation switch and RCBO at the fuse box. Call in a professional shower repair company or Triton 01 6286711 themselves.
