In a group conversation, the person talking doesn't look at you

Does it bother anyone when in a group conversation, say three people, you've asked a person a question and they look at the other person when answering the question. Or being in a group conversation in general and the people don't look at you when talking, but look at the other people.

Personally it triggers me and it's one of my pet hates, what's other people's thoughts on this?

some can struggle with social anxiety and social awkwardness, hence struggle to look into others eyes during conversations, i have autism myself, and this is very common with the disorder....

...makes perfect sense, it may reduce whatever anxieties that maybe occurring, thats if it is the case, theres no logic in such situations, as its an emotional response....

Usually the person speaking looks at the people who look interested in what they are saying. Some people just have a vacant look on their faces so dont really get targeted by the talker.

I always make an effort to include everyone when I talk, probably because I don't like that feeling of being excluded and wouldn't want others to feel that way

I feel the person might feel a bit anxious or perhaps just trying to keep everyone else in the conversation, so glancing around to everyone.
