Ryanair small bag size

Hi, I am flying Ryanair tomorrow and am only bringing a small bag (40 x 20 x 25). I was hoping to bring a rucksack (won’t even be full) which is fairly standard size but definitely bigger than those dimensions. How strict are they on these dimensions please?

I bring the below bag which is a bit bigger than the dimensions. The bag is soft, I don't overpack it and easily fits under the seat in front. I haven't encountered any problems using it.
