    I was watching Tommy Bowe on the Late Late Show ... and I have a vague recollection in my mind about a show called Tommy Bowe's Body ... about 10-12 years back ??

    I saw that, they interviewed his family who are all incredibly sporty, and he was working with Dr Niall Moyna in DCU regarding his body and fitness, the one fact I remember is that he was barely off the pace of competitive sprinters, which was amazing for a man the size of him.

    He and his whole family were incredibly likeable and came across as great fun.

    I'd love to see it again.

    Yes I never seen it but I think my sister did. She was telling me about something like this years ago. This most have been it. Would love to see it.
