March 6th: Placed an antepost bet with Betfair involving Ten Lengths Tom in the 14:25 at Sandown March 9th.

Later noticed that Bet365, among others, were not quoting the horse for the race.

Emailed Weatherbys and discovered that the horse was not qualified for the race and would have been withdrawn on March 4th with a press release on March 5th.

Contacted BETUNFAIR and they have declared it a loser- case closed!

    Go figure!

Keep fighting that one Lad, they are obviously wrong. Dig out the rules and quote it to them.

I have quoted them their own rules but they are thick as bejaysus - probably some half-wit that had a rough weekend.

Was informed last night that I would be receiving an email containing a detailed explanation of their decision.

Received an email (cannot reply!) this morning to say that they have paid up.

They 'apologise for any inconvenience'. No mention of any compensation for hours spent on chat with bots and incompetents (bar one).
