How much would it cost to paint this exterior (Dublin)?

    I received a quote of 1,250 (cash price) to touch up the following:

    • Sand down and repaint the black around the top 3 windows
    • Sand down and repaint the 2 window sills to front
    • Sand down and repaint the wood around the door
    • Sand down and repaint the bottom of the wall
    • Sand down and repaint wood behind the gutters

    1,250 seems a little steep, or is that reasonable?

    I think it is a reasonable quote. There is a lot of work in sanding down those areas and repaint.

    Is that house in Bettyglen?

    Remember the shills only get paid when you react to them.

    Got a few quotes for 500 so that seems to be the standard
