Fada Jewellery - Do not buy

I bought a gold plated ring for my partner and in less than a week the gold plaiting had completely worn off. I was very disappointed, a week is a disgrace. Worse I got no response when I tried to contact the company (Fada Jewellery)
    Would not recommend. Very disappointed

did you buy it from Fada or did you buy it from a retail shop?

If you bought it from a shop, then it is the shop and not the manufacturer you deal with.

Basically, you get it rectified by whatever place you paid your money to.

My wife has some of their pieces and loves them and has never mentioned any issue. (bracelets and necklaces). So just because you have one singular issue, does not mean a entire range should be sullied. It smacks of bitchiness
