No such thing as TDS, the man encouraged emotionally volatile supporters to physically attack the capital last time he lost, people died. Then he threatened Republican officials to find extra votes for him like a mob boss would do, those officials and their families had to go into hiding because of death threats. I was the same as you at one point, would defend everything he did to the hill but after a while I realized I was low key brainwashed. I got away from it by stopping reading all the propaganda news shite and comments online.

Anytime I read comments now online on youtube etc I think Russia must be laughing their heads off at what's happened, they've achieved what they set out to do pushing someone like Trump into the mainstream, and I'd consider myself to be very right wing politically. "Don't believe the mainstream, they're against us, we know the truth" type shite. Dark days ahead for the US if he wins. Biden shouldn't be up there either he's too old, it's a shame for the country those are the two choices.

Do you think that sham trial in New York was about anything other than the democrats using the justice system to go after their political opponents. Joe Biden represents everything that is wrong with American politics, he’s a career politician been in Washington over 50 years, he manipulates or try’s to manipulate voters eg his if you ain’t voting for me you ain’t black line to the black vote back on 2020, or his line about being Irish to the BBC reporter, he was well versed in exploiting people.

Now he’s senile, the light’s are on, but no one’s home.

I totally agree the NYC trial about his company was a sham and politically motivated. I don't believe sexual assault case in NYC was a sham nor the Jan 6th case. The porn star case I could care less about but its another example of his character, he cheated on his wife multiple times while pretending to be some advocate to religious types. He wants to cut all aid to Ukraine, a country under attack by a totalitarian regime, an enemy of the EU + US.

Biden is corrupt and borderline senile again I agree. Trump is morally bankrupt wannabe dictator, he's a threat to democracy. To me there's a clean distinction there but that's only my opinion of course.

According to CNN just now, 57% of debate viewers they polled have no confidence in Joe Bidens ability to lead the country after that. It's pretty bad.

None of that stuff matters when it comes to Trump. I mean this is a realpolitik kind of way. Morally, yes, it matters a great deal and he has no business being in elected office - he belongs less in the white house than the big house - but all of the grubby facts about the man have been so normalised by an endless media barrage, that even Trump's political opponents are sort of numb to it, never mind those who think every criticism is essentially a deep state plot.

Richard Nixon had the Watergate scandal which ruined any political legacy he'd have hoped to build. That would be a Tuesday morning for Trump and everyone would be over it be Thursday. History will recognise flooding the zone as an enormously successful strategy.

Obviously, it doesn't help that the apparent best the Democratic party can offer against him is Biden, who is may be a decent man and committed public servant, but the age thing hurts him very badly. In a world where people shrug off Trump inciting a riot, should it matter about Biden's age? You could certainly say it shouldn't, but the low bar of Trump only applies to Trump and maybe some of his acolytes.

Be interesting to see what the Democrats' next move is. History will be watching...

Looks a long shot the talk of Joe being replaced ,only seen parts of the debate but no surprises really kind of what I would have expected the way it went .Polls over the next few weeks in those swing states will be watched closely obviously as the numbers don't seem to have moved much for Joe ,that has to change or else the what seemed unthinkable to me a couple of years ago will happen .

I hate Trump, but he is now going to win, if Biden is even alive at election time.

That was disastrous for Biden.

What are the chances of getting a new candidate, because if Biden runs he will lose and they are going to have a lunatic for a new president for sure.

All of the swing voters are going to see this and those that might have swung to Biden will not even bother coming out to vote.
