Hi, Trying to lower cholesterol, weight and also have fatty liver. Was going to try and replace mayo in diet with something healthier. I heard advocado mayo is better? Anyone know where I can get this?

It's your overall diet that matters. Changing a mayo to a light mayo will do nothing to fix a bad diet
