Hi, I've a few OT questions, HEO - first hour is unpaid, is that per day OT is worked or for the week? Are there set daily and saturday hours that need to be done, e.g. min 4 hours and must be from 5-9m.vAlso can it be spilt for money / leave in lieu? So take some hours for money and balance for leave

As far as im aware its only the first hour of the week not per day. The only minimum is what they have to pay you for if its odd hours, but if you only worked for 2 then they just pay you 2, if you were in and the job only took 3 hours you claim 3. You would have to talk to your line manager about splitting how you claim it. I doubt they'd be accommodating to let you split a day into half pay and half time in lieu.
