I’m not a huge fan of John Torode but I really like his cleaver (easy there in the cheap seats) - anyone know what brand it is?

It looks like a standard Chinese cleaver that you can pick up in any decent Asian supermarket. I bought one just like it 20-odd years ago in Asia Market on Drury St in Dublin. Its still going strong.
