Development Contribution Waiver - Anything for Private Wells / Domestic Sewage

From reading the government paper on the development contribution waiver, it looks exclusively to refund the cost of connection to Irish Water for supply of domestic water and for connection to the waste water network. For those building on roads without Irish Water connections / waste water network, there doesn't seem to be any similar 'support' towards the costs of a private well and/or sewage treatment system.

Has anyone who build a one-off house found if there is any similar support towards those costs?

It's a massive saving for those building where the IW network is, but a hefty enough cost for those who don't.

Development contributions apply to connections to public services, not private. I'm assuming you're asking about a grant for private water and sewage facilities which is completely different to the thread title.

Yes, I'm curious about grants, or fee waivers, for those who can't access UE/IW due to there being no network on the road so have to go with a private well and private sewage treatment. Apologies if the title doesn't match this.

We're currently building and the UE/IW water network stops 1km from the house, and sewage network stops 750m from the house. We have to go private and are paying €20k for these. Was just hoping that perhaps there was something for those who can't (as opposed to won't) access the UE/IW network - if the network was on the road we'd absolutely be connecting to it.
