Parcel wasn’t delivered

Hi , I was about to receive a parcel from Post Office, I was at home all day waiting for it . I just got a notification saying the item was delivered but I didnt receive it. How I should I proceed? Tks

As advised by Kimbot, the best way to find out what happened and what you should do now is to contact An Post directly. All contact details can be found on their website www.anpost.ie and you can take things from there.
