Bar recommendation for Soccer match

    Hey all

    I am staying in the Connacht hotel Saturday for a stag. I will be arriving early as I wanna see the Liverpool game at 12:30. Does anyone have recommendations for bars close to the Connacht that show premier league games? Wanna be close so I can check into the hotel after the game and then head for town.

    The Merlin and the Huntsman are reasonably close and will probably have it on. If I was you I'd probably Ask and see if I could get an early check in and head into town to somewhere like McGinn's.

    Huntsman. But the hotel bar would likely have it on though.

    On a similar topic, are there any pubs that show GU away matches.

    Be great to watch in a bar where a few others are interested as well
