Current Status Micro Generation, Mini Generation, Small-scale Generation

I'm trying to get a handle on the current position in the Irish market for small-scale [renewable energy] generation and what cohorts it is fully open to and what ones are in still pilot. I've read the government's publication: https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/96110-small-scale-generation/

So, from what I can make out

1. Microgeneration is open to everybody, I understand. I've just had my own NC6 Microgeneration Application Form accepted by ESB Networks for a PV install. Similar for mini generation?
2. On small-scale generation, I only see pilots mentioned on the ESB website. Does that mean something like a small factory, large retail premises, large school, hospital, university etc can't avail yet? https://www.esbnetworks.ie/new-connections/generator-connections-group/small-scale-generation

Nc7 is mini generation, I think that's the gap your missing

There's nothing stopping businesses/school etc, going with a nc6 either

So, mini generation is in the middle? Is the small scale generation fully open to all or is it limited to the pilot?

NC7 requires ESBN to confirm / assess if there is local capacity at the MV / LV transformer.

You can look this up yourself and see the local nodes / network points.
